SRT 47mm x 50mm Treated C/C / Tilt / Arris
SR Timber 47x50mm C/C / Tilt / Arris rails are used with flat roofs to create an upstand or edge that stops the run-off of water where guttering isn't present.
SR Timber "Imported" products are manufactured at their own sawmill as well as carefully selected 3rd party production plants. Timber products should be protected whilst in store to prevent water saturation, this will prevent sagging or twisting of the material.
In addition to this all of our arris rails are High pressure treated with Tanalith E preservative treated to class 2, as in accordance with recommendations given in BS 8417 increasing their longevity, making them perfect for external use. Some examples of use cases include fencing rail & shed framing.
