FIX-R SBS Sanded Top Layer
Part of the FIX-R SBS Torch On Roofing System which is intended as a torch-applied built up roofing system for flat and pitched roofs.
FIX-R SBS Sanded Top Layer can be used as the external layer of the system but it must always be protected with mineral chippings, promenade tiles or other suitable protective finish.
FIX-R Top Layer consists of a polyester carrier coated with SBS rubber modified bitumen.
The upper surface is finished with fine sand and the lower surface has a sacrificial film which rapidly melts during the torching operation
FIX-R SBS membranes are ideal for new roofs and the repair of existing felt and asphalt roofs.
