Redland Regent Concrete Cloaked Verge LH - Farmhouse Red

The Redland Cloaked Verge System provides resistance to wind uplift, the cloak verge system is maintenance-free and provides a neat and clean finish to the verge. The cloaked verge system continues the tiling over the gable end using a one-piece concrete tile. The system is mechanically fixed, has very high resistance to storm damage and, with no mortar required, it removes concerns about mortar failure.

The components that make up the Cloaked Verge System comply with BS EN 490: 2011 and BS 5534: 2014.

• Minimum pitch is the minimum pitch for the tile in use
• Maximum pitch will depend on the tile and whether used on duo or mono pitch roofs
• Maximum pitch on duo pitch roofs is 67.5° for Landmark Double Pantile, Grovebury and Regent; 62.5° for Double Roman; 60° for Renown
• Minimum headlap is the minimum headlap for the tile
• Maximum headlap is 125 mm
