It is suitable for use into slate with a maximum thickness of up to 8mm at a roof pitch from 15° up to 90°.

This VELUX flashing delivers a durable, watertight, weatherproof seal around your windows by coordinating with the roof covering so that rainwater can safely drain from the roof above the window. Created to sit beneath the roofing materials, it offers a neat and sleek finish for your VELUX roof windows. For normal installation heights, you should install the brackets at the top and bottom of the frame, level with the red line.
