This all-weather condition, easy-to-install flashing set comes with an underfelt collar (BFX) for a watertight seal between the roof window and the roof and insulation collar (BDX) to reduce heat loss and eliminate cold bridges.

Flashings are an essential part of the window installation process. Flashings sit under the roofing materials, and then the roof water is collected in the built-in guttering system. The gutter overlaps a second section of the flashing to help the water flow smoothly down the side of the window. The flashing apron moulds to the roof material profile to allow the water to drain away.
