IKO Easyseal Air and Vapour Control Layer
A versatile, high performance layer comprising a polyester reinforced aluminium core, coated with an SBS modified, self-adhesive bitumen.
The upper surface has a fine granule finish.
The underside adhesive coating is protected by a release film to facilitate the bond to the primed substrate.
The adhesive coating to the underside is activated when it comes into contact with IKOpro IKO Easyseal Bonding Agent to give a guaranteed bond.
The IKO Easyseal AVCL is positioned beneath insulation within a warm roof build up to prevent the passage of inbound airborne moisture thus protecting it from condensation.
