A1 Non-combustible and Category A rated strip for roofline and verge undercloaks as well as soffits or ceiling linings
Kemwell Fibre Cement Undercloak is a light grey coloured strip for use on roof verges to allow for mortar adhesion.
Kemwell Fibre Cement Undercloak is manufactured for improved fire resistance, moisture resistance and strength and meets the performance requirements of BS EN 12467:2012 for Fibre Cement Flat Sheets achieving Category A rating for weather resistance. It is also A1 non-combustible in accordance with BS EN 13501-1.
Kemwell Fibre Cement Undercloak strip will support a bed of mortar, is dimensionally stable and provides a consistent thickness from strip to strip.
