IKO PermaGUARD Protectoboard
A protection and roof recovery board fabricated with a bituminous core sandwiched between two layers of non-woven glass fibre reinforcement.
It offers durable and reliable performance, and is fully compatible with a range of bituminous and non-bituminous waterproofing systems.
Owing to its high strength, excellent puncture resistance and non-compressible nature, IKO Protectoboard exceeds the performance of other thicker boards, offering cost savings, better site handling and storage space reductions.
A tough, flexible and stable roofing board that can be used for isolating and preparing the surface of existing roofing systems ready for the application of new bituminous roofing membranes, compatible polymeric membranes and liquid waterproofing systems.
It can also be used for the temporary or permanent protection of finished waterproofing systems prior to the application of final finishes.
IKO Protectoboard can be mechanically fixed or bonded in hot bitumen or IKOpro PU Adhesive.
