Ubiflex Gap Sealant
Designed to be used in conjunction with Ubiflex lead free flashing and Ubiflex High Tack sealant, Ubbink Ubiflex Gap Seal is used for sealing flashing into mortar joints and other hard surfaces. Once applied, Ubfliex gap sealant allows for thermal expansion and contraction in the joints without cracks or splits occurring. Ubbink's Ubiflex lead flashing alternative system is friendlier for the environment, has no scrap value and is a quicker install.
