Ubbink Ubiflex B3 (Gr 4/5) 150mm 12m is a alternative lead free waterproof flashing, it is a popular option as an alternative to generic lead flashing. It can be utilised on many of the same applications as lead and is over 50% faster to install than its lead counterparts.

Ubiflex is made from aluminium mesh with a mixture of modified bitumen. Which is a non-lead flashing material which can be used in applications where lead is traditionally used. This provides a weatherproof junction.
