FIX-R Lap Sealant is a heavy-bodied trowel or gun-consistency material used in conjunction with roofing system materials. The primary use is to seal the exposed edges of EPDM membrane splices. Lap Sealants cured rubber consistency enables them to expand and contract with the membrane.
