The TIL-R Undercloak is an easy to fit soffit solution. Autoclaved, strong and durable with the ability to withstand exterior weather conditions, TIL-R Undercloak is available in 4 sizes to suit various roof configurations.
A core component of any roofing project, undercloak is a strong tile or fibre cement strip that is fixed at the roof verge, beneath the battens. This will provide an effective underlayer to support a bed of mortar and allow for mortar adhesion, whilst also offering a clean finish to the verge detail.
Low moisture movement and resistance to water damage makes this autoclaved board suitable for other semi-exposed applications such as roofline soffit. Popular on roof refurbishments and traditional verge details particularly in conjunction with natural slate.
