Used for the Sandtoft plain tile roof system, the Sandtoft Plain Eaves have two separate uses. One is to go on the highest row at the ridge to ensure there is a double lap over the top of the next row. And the other is to be placed at the bottom row where the fascia is, also for the double lap ensuring that your plain tile roof is neat, tidy and looking great.
