Glidevale Protect Zytec Permeable Underlay 1.5m x 50m

Protect Zytec is a high performance vapour permeable roof underlay. Its low vapour resistance helps to avoid the risk of harmful condensation whilst at the same time remaining completely airtight. With suitability for use across all pitched cold and warm roofs, the membrane provides a secondary line of defence against wind driven rain and snow, offering a high resistance to wind uplift to BS 5534 and wide coverage across the UK and Ireland.

Independent certification by BM TRADA provides verification of their performance alongside the CE marking that guarantees compliance with BS EN 13859-1. All Protect underlays have a water resistance in excess of 2.0m hydrostatic head, superior to alternative air leaky underlays. All Protect underlays can be used as temporary protection and have some of the best wind uplift performance ratings enabling unrestricted use in the UK and Ireland without the need for additional sealing tapes to resist ’ballooning’ under wind load.
