Protect VP400 Vapour Permeable Underlay
Protect VP400 PLUSLR is a highly vapour permeable roof underlay.
It offers the lowest vapour resistance of any type LR roofing underlay in its class, helping to avoid the risk of harmful condensation, whilst remaining completely airtight.
With suitability for use across all pitched cold and warm roofs, Protect VP400 PLUSLR provides a secondary line of defence against wind driven rain and snow, offering a high resistance to wind uplift to BS 5534, ensuring unrestricted use in Zones 1-5 throughout the UK and Ireland.
Fully independently certified by BM TRADA, Protect VP400 PlusLR helps to effectively manage the wind load pressures on the roof and has sufficient mechanical properties to deflect them safely over the structure.
Being entirely waterproof, Protect VP400 PlusLR achieves strong hydrostatic head of water resistance of >7m, ensuring it can be used as a temporary roof covering during the period the roof covering is applied.
