A crucial element in any roof window installation, this VELUX EDWS FFKF08 2000 flashing kit is designed to suit the 188cm x 140cm VELUX GGLS FFKF08 3-in-1 Roof Window. The flashing kit will ensure a fully integrated installation on a tiled roofs with tiles up to 120mm in profile.

It is suitable for roof pitches between 15° and 90° and is also compatible with interlocking slate roofs, profiled sheeting and thatched roofs.

This flashing kit, which includes a BDX and BFX collar, provides an entirely watertight seal between the roof window and roof covering. The built-in guttering system will also ensure safe and effective water drainage from your roof.

To ensure this flashing kit is compatible with your roof, the maximum profile is measured from the top of the tile batten to the highest point of the tile. When installing your VELUX roof window flashing, install the brackets at the top and the bottom of the window frame at the red line level.
